Hosting a Magical Kids' St. Patrick’s Day Party

Just a heads-up, this post contains Amazon affiliate links—because even leprechauns need a side hustle! If you click and buy, I may earn a small pot of gold (at no extra cost to you).

Theme & Decor: Transform your home into a leprechaun’s dreamland! Use green, gold, and rainbow-colored decorations to create a fun and festive atmosphere. Hang shamrock garlands, gold coin centerpieces, and balloon arches. Try a DIY rainbow backdrop using streamers or fabric.

Activities:

  1. Leprechaun Treasure Hunt – Hide chocolate gold coins and let the kids search for treasure!

  2. Rainbow Craft Station – Set up a table with construction paper, glue, and stickers so kids can create their own rainbows.

  3. Lucky Bingo – Print out free St. Patrick’s Day bingo cards for an easy and interactive game.

  4. Leprechaun Trap - Time to get craft! Using supplies you have around create a trap to catch a Leprechaun

Food & Drinks:

  • Shamrock-shaped sandwiches – Use cookie cutters to create fun shapes with PB&J or turkey and cheese.

  • Rainbow fruit skewers – Layer strawberries, oranges, pineapples, green grapes, blueberries, and purple grapes.

  • Green milkshakes – Blend vanilla ice cream with a touch of green food coloring and top with whipped cream.
