Shipping Policy
Digital Products:
AE Designs, LLC offers digital products that are delivered directly to the email address provided during the checkout process. Once your payment has been processed, you will receive an email with instructions on how to access your digital product. Please allow up to 24 hours for this email to arrive, although it is typically delivered much sooner.
Because our digital products are not physically shipped, there are no shipping fees associated with them. If you do not receive your digital product within 24 hours, please check your spam folder, as the email may have been mistakenly filtered there. If you still have not received your digital product, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Custom Order Products:
AE Designs, LLC offers custom order products that are provided by third-party shippers. Shipping fees and delivery times may vary depending on the specific product and the location of the shipping address. Please review the product description for specific shipping information.
Once your custom order product has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, if applicable. Please note that some custom order products may not have tracking available, especially for international orders.
AE Designs, LLC is not responsible for any delays or issues with shipping that are outside of our control, such as customs delays or weather-related disruptions. If you have any questions or concerns about the shipping of your custom order product, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We will do our best to ensure that your product is delivered to you in a timely and efficient manner.
Return & Exchange Policy
We do not offer refunds for digital items.
For custom ordered products, we work with Printify, a print-on-demand company that creates unique products only once they are ordered. Due to the made-to-order nature of these products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if the customer ordered the wrong size or color, or simply changed their mind.
However, if you receive a damaged product or there was a manufacturing error, Printify offers a free replacement or refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. To initiate this process, please contact our customer service team at info@aedesignsonline.com as soon as possible. Requests made after 30 days of product delivery will not qualify for a refund.
